30 दिसंबर को मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सेवा और वन सेवा परीक्षा की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है। इसके अनुसार 19 जनवरी 2024 से 18 फरवरी 2024 तक आवेदन जमा किए जाएंगे। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 28 अप्रैल को आयोजित की जाएगी।

राज्यसेवा-2024 में सिर्फ 60 पद घोषित किए गए हैं। दो दशक में ये सबसे कम पद बताए जा रहे हैं। राज्य वनसेवा-2024 में भी सिर्फ 14 पद घोषित किए गए हैं। पीएससी ने यह भी घोषणा कर दी है कि प्रक्रिया के बीच शासन के निर्देश पर परीक्षा के नियम बदले जा सकेंगे।

राज्यसेवा में डिप्टी कलेक्टर के कुल 15, डीएसपी के 22, नगर पालिक अधिकारी द्वितीय श्रेणी का एक, जनपद सीईओ के सात, वाणिज्यिक कर निरीक्षक के 10, आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक का एक, नगर पालिक अधिकारी (तृतीय श्रेणी) के चार पद घोषित किए गए हैं।

वन सेवा में सहायक वन संरक्षक के 14 पद घोषित किए गए हैं। पदों की कम संख्या के साथ ही प्रक्रिया के बीच नियम बदलने की शर्त अभ्यर्थियों को हैरान कर रही है। बीते राज्यसेवा-2023 में सवा चार सौ से ज्यादा पद थे। किसी भी राज्यसेवा परीक्षा की घोषणा 200 पदों से कम पर नहीं हुई है। ऐसे में सिर्फ 60 पद हतोत्साहित करने वाला आंकड़ा है।
