State Bank of India (SBI) will recruit 10,000 new posts to promote
general banking needs and technical capacity. This information has been given
by the SBI Chairman. The next notification for recruitment will be circulated
soon, after which interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill the
form for recruitment on the scheduled dates. State Bank of India (SBI) will
recruit 10,000 new employees in the current financial year (2024-25). The bank
will make this new recruitment to promote general banking needs and its
technical capacity. The bank has made significant investments in technology to
provide seamless customer service as well as strengthen its digital channel.
SBI Chairman said that we are strengthening our workforce on the technology
side as well as the general banking side. We have recently announced the
recruitment of about 1,500 technology people at the entry level and slightly
higher level. Technology hiring is also focused on specialized jobs like data
scientists, data architects, network operators, etc., he said.
