104 Indians Deported from the U.S. Arrive in Amritsa

On February 5, 104 Indians who had been illegally residing in the United States were deported back to India. They were brought to Amritsar's Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport aboard a U.S. military C-17 aircraft. This deportation is part of the stricter immigration policies that followed the Trump administration's stance on illegal immigrants.

The deportees were kept in handcuffs during the flight, with their hands, feet, and waists shackled. However, their handcuffs were removed before they were disembarked at the airport. The list of deported individuals includes 23 women, 12 children, and 79 men, with ages ranging from 10 to 41 years.
