Now it has become very easy to register land or house-shop in MP. New rules have come into force from October 10, in which now you will not need to bring witnesses nor will you have to visit the registry office again and again. Regarding this, MP Finance Minister Jagdish Devda said that the registry process is being made completely digital. For this, a new software named Sampada 2.0 is being launched. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav launched it on October 10.
Software pilot project done here
Earlier, Sampada 2.0 software was run as a pilot project in Guna, Harda, Dindori and Ratlam districts. Where it got a good response. Now it is being implemented in 55 districts of the entire state. Under the new rules, the buyer and seller will be identified by Aadhaar and PAN card. In Sampada 2.0, identification will be done through e-KYC. There will also be a facility of video KYC. Apart from this, many new features like GIS mapping of property, biometric identification and automatic formatting of documents are also included.
Documents can be prepared with digital signature
The biggest thing is that documents can be prepared with digital signature through "Sampada 2.0". This means that now there will be no need to go to the registry office to get the registry done. The registration officer can also be talked to through video call. E-copy of documents will also be available on Digi Locker, WhatsApp and e-mail. With its help, there will be ease and transparency in the registry process.
