Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor Becomes Deputy Chief of Indian Air Force

On January 1, Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor assumed the position of Deputy Chief of the Indian Air Force. According to a statement from the Ministry of Defence, during his service of over 39 years, Air Marshal Kapoor has held various command, operational, instructional, and staff positions. He has also served in important strategic and diplomatic roles.

Air Marshal Kapoor took over from Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari, who retired after an illustrious four-decade-long career in the Indian Air Force.
