Amarnath Yatra 2026 Registration Begins from April 15
Advance registration for the annual Amarnath Yatra 2026 will begin from April 15. The Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board has announced this information and stated that details regarding the start date of the pilgrimage will be released soon.
The Shrine Board has also provided details of bank branches across various states and union territories where registration will be conducted. A total of 554 branches have been designated for the registration process.
Banks for Registration
- Punjab National Bank
- State Bank of India
- Jammu & Kashmir Bank
- Yes Bank
Advance registration will be conducted at various branches of these banks in districts such as Doda, Jammu, Kathua, Kishtwar, Ramban, Rajouri, Samba, Srinagar, Udhampur, Reasi, Anantnag, and Pulwama in Jammu & Kashmir.
Important Guidelines
- Only health certificates issued after April 9 will be considered valid.
- Minimum age: 13 years
- Maximum age: 70 years
- Biometric Aadhaar-based registration is mandatory
- Each pilgrim must obtain a compulsory health certificate
- Registration fee: ₹150 per person
The Shrine Board has also released a list of approved doctors and hospitals across different states and union territories for issuing valid health certificates.
