Appointment Orders Issued for 4000 Selected Teachers

The Madhya Pradesh government has finally issued appointment orders for 4,000 secondary and primary teachers. According to the notice issued by the Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI), selected candidates can fill school preferences online from May 12 to May 18, 2026.

Earlier, a large number of candidates protested outside the DPI office in Bhopal demanding the early commencement of the recruitment process. After the prolonged wait and pressure from candidates, the government decided to issue the orders.

The recruitment process started in 2022, with eligibility exams held in 2023 and the selection exam conducted in April 2025. The results were published in September 2025, but despite selecting around 10,700 candidates, the appointment process was pending for the last 9 months, causing frustration among applicants.
