Census 2027: Self-Enumeration from April 16 to April 30, 2026

Under Census 2027, the Government of India has introduced a self-enumeration facility for citizens. This will be available through a dedicated online portal from April 16 to April 30, 2026, allowing individuals to submit their own information digitally.

Following this initial phase, the house listing and housing census will be conducted from May 1 to May 30, 2026.

This initiative aims to simplify the census process by enabling citizens to actively participate and ensure accurate data collection.
