One crore fine-10 years in jail, yet more than 70 papers were leaked in 15 states; do the paper mafias have no fear of the law?

In the last seven years in India, papers of more than 70 examinations have been leaked in 15 states. These include recruitment exams and board exams. 1.7 crore candidates have been affected by the paper leak. The evidence found in the investigation of the recent NEET-UG 2024 paper leak shows the extent to which the paper leak mafia has strong control over examinations in India. After receiving information about the irregularities, the UGC-NET 2024 exam has also been canceled. Amidst the NEET-UG paper leak, questions are being raised on the integrity of the National Testing Agency (NTA) after irregularities in the UGC-NET exam came to light. Conducting examinations in the right manner has certainly become a challenge. Big states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Gujarat are affected by paper leaks on a large scale. The issue of paper leak also arises during elections, but this issue disappears as soon as the elections are over.
