CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025

The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), Bihar, has announced a recruitment drive for 19,838 Constable posts in Bihar Police and Bihar Special Armed Police. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or Intermediate examination or possess an equivalent qualification, such as Maulvi certification from the Bihar Madarsa Board or Shastri/Acharya qualification (with English), as of April 18, 2025.
• Age Limit: Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 25 years for non-reserved category candidates. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Application Fee

• For SC/ST candidates, female candidates from all categories, and transgender candidates from Bihar: ₹180
• For all other candidates: ₹675

Selection Process

1. Written Examination: A 100-mark objective-type test with 100 questions to be completed in two hours.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates will be shortlisted five times the number of vacancies based on merit.
3. Document Verification: Verification of educational, caste, and domicile certificates.
