Dhar Leads PM MITRA Parks with 86% Land Allocation
The PM MITRA Park being developed at Bhaisola in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, has allocated more than 1,300 acres of land to 91 companies. Out of the total 2,158 acres, this allocation pace is among the fastest compared to other PM MITRA parks across the country.
With proposed investments exceeding ₹23,000 crore, the park is on track to become a major hub for India's textile sector.

- Fastest Development: Among the 7 parks nationwide, Dhar is leading in land allocation with over 1,300 acres already allotted.
- Investment: Investment proposals worth more than ₹23,000 crore have been received.
- Employment: The park is expected to generate employment opportunities for around 300,000 people.
- Foundation Stone: Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the park on September 17, 2025.
