Trump Criticizes Musk, Musk Announces Formation of 'America Party'

Trump said that it was unfortunate that Musk had completely lost his way and had become like an uncontrollable train in the last five weeks. Posting on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump stated that Musk now wanted to start a third political party in America, something that has never been successful in history. The US political system is not designed for such parties, he said, and their only purpose is to create disorder and chaos. Trump added, "We already have enough chaos being spread by radical left-wing Democrats."

In his own social media post, Musk responded by saying, "66% of you want a new political party, and now you will have it." He added that when it comes to ruining America and corruption, both the Republican and Democrat parties are the same. Musk claimed that the country would finally be free from the two-party system. He announced the formation of the "America Party" to bring freedom back to the people.

To support his idea, Musk had conducted a public poll on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on July 4th, marking America's Independence Day. The poll asked whether people wanted freedom from the two-party system and if a new political party should be formed. The results showed that 65.4% voted "Yes," while 34.6% voted "No."
