For the first time, AICTE has sought applications according to region and course

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has started the approval process for newly opened educational institutions. This includes courses like Diploma, Post Diploma, UG, PG, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Management etc. BBA, BCA and BMS are also included. This time the time limit has also been reduced from 30 days to 15 days. With this, the suspense has also ended whether BBA and BCA courses will come under the purview of AICTE or will be operated at the state government level. That is, now these courses will come under the purview of AICTE. Actually, this process has started for courses like Management, Engineering and Technology, Planning, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Computer Applications. Along with this, currently operating technical institutions and deemed universities will also have to apply. Along with this, applications can also be made for ODL courses.
