A moment of silence was observed during the program to pay tribute to the martyrs.

During the event, the Chief Minister also distributed benefits to eligible beneficiaries under various government welfare schemes. Dr. Yadav visited Bhojshala, offered prayers to Goddess Vagdevi according to traditional rituals, and prayed for the prosperity, happiness, and well-being of the people of Madhya Pradesh.

Dr. Yadav stated that the recent High Court verdict marks the successful culmination of a 750-year-long struggle and signifies the beginning of a new era for Dhar. Expressing gratitude to the judiciary, he congratulated the people of the state and emphasized that Dhar has emerged as one of the leading districts in industrial development within Madhya Pradesh.

The Chief Minister announced that a grand Saraswati Lok dedicated to Goddess Vagdevi will be developed in Dhar. Additionally, a Raja Bhoj Research Institute will be established to promote research and preserve the rich legacy of Raja Bhoj.

Highlighting Raja Bhoj's contributions to water conservation, Dr. Yadav said that celebrating Ganga Dashami on the land of Raja Bhoj is a matter of pride. He noted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, significant efforts are being undertaken nationwide to conserve water resources.

Madhya Pradesh currently ranks first in the country in water conservation initiatives. The state has set a target of completing 242,188 water conservation projects with public participation. Projects worth approximately ₹2,500 crore are currently underway across the state.

The Chief Minister informed that 89,772 wells have been recharged, more than 55,000 farm ponds have been created, and 105 Amrit Sarovars have been developed so far. Lakhs of "Jaldoots" (water volunteers) have also been trained and engaged in conservation activities.

Urban local bodies had originally targeted 2,224 water conservation works, but have already completed 9,630 projects—over four times the original goal. Districts such as Khandwa, Barwani, Ashoknagar, Rajgarh, Dindori, and Dhar have demonstrated exemplary performance in water conservation through watershed development, dug-well recharge systems, and irrigation infrastructure projects.

Dr. Yadav also highlighted Raja Bhoj's immense contribution to India's cultural and archaeological heritage. Numerous archaeological sites and ancient manuscripts associated with Raja Bhoj continue to serve as valuable historical assets.

He mentioned that Raja Bhoj commissioned the construction of one of the world's largest Shiva Lingas at Bhojpur near Bhopal. The engineering and design of Bhopal's Upper Lake continue to astonish scholars and experts worldwide. Raja Bhoj also erected a 45-foot iron pillar, which Arab historian Al-Biruni reportedly praised as a unique structure that never rusted.

The Chief Minister further noted that Raja Bhoj was a great patron of literature and scholarship. He organized gatherings of poets and rewarded each literary composition with a gold brick. His achievements in courage, wisdom, leadership, and cultural advancement continue to inspire generations.

Dr. Yadav also referred to a recent high-profile case in Bhopal, stating that the state government acted swiftly in transferring the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). He mentioned that the Supreme Court appreciated the government's prompt decision, reaffirming the state's commitment to implementing judicial decisions faithfully.

He concluded by stating that the Madhya Pradesh government remains fully committed to development and will leave no stone unturned in ensuring progress across the state.

Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya also addressed the gathering during the event.
