The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification on July 1 for recruitment of 6 thousand posts of clerk in national banks. The application process for this recruitment has started. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online till July 21. Candidates can apply by visiting the website ibpsonline.ibps.in.
The pre-exam training for this recruitment will be from 12 to 17 August. The prelims exam will be held on 24, 25 and 31 August. The results will be declared in September. The main examination for the candidates will be held on October 13. There is no interview in this recruitment process.

- Bank of Baroda
- Indian Bank
- Canara Bank
- Central Bank of India
- Indian Overseas Bank
- Punjab and Sind Bank
- Union Bank of India
- Bank of Maharashtra
Educational Qualification:
Graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university or any other higher education institute.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidates should not be more than 28 years on the prescribed cut-off date. Candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, etc.) will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the Central Government.
Fees:
The fee for the candidates is Rs 850. This also includes intimation charge. SC, ST and Divyang will have to pay Rs 150 as intimation charge. The fee will be free.
Salary:
Rs 19,900- 47,920 per month.
Selection Process and Salary
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their scores in the online preliminary exam and main exam. Selected candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination. The preliminary exam will be held in August. The main exam will be held in September or October. Provisional allotment will be done in April 2025.
