According to reports, IIM Indore and ed-tech company Emeritus have jointly announced the launch of a 10-month executive program in business management. The program will start in December 2024 and its fee has been fixed at Rs 2.35 lakh + GST. This program has been designed keeping in mind those professionals who want to move forward in management roles. It will provide multi-faceted perspectives and management skills to early managers, team leaders, consultants and entrepreneurs.
Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, said that the demand for adaptable and visionary leaders has increased in the rapidly changing market. This program will prepare professionals to take strategic decisions so that they can lead their organization with confidence. The program includes important subjects like management, finance management, operations and supply chain management and people management. Participants will gain a deep understanding of business principles through live online sessions, case studies and peer learning. Apart from this, a two-day campus immersion has also been organized for the participants at IIM Indore.
He also said that during the program, participants will develop the mindset required to use emerging technologies and digital trends, data analytics and innovation. Emphasis is also laid on effective management with cross-functional teams. On ensuring 75 percent attendance and completing the program, participants will receive a certificate from IIM Indore. They will also get an opportunity to join the IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni Network. Candidates seeking admission to this course at IIM Indore must have a UG or PG degree with 55 percent marks from any recognized university or institute. Only then will they be eligible to apply.
