Indian Railways: Recruitment for Group C and D posts in
Eastern Railway, 10th-12th pass can apply
ER Rercuitment 2024: Indian Railways has
released recruitment for posts ranging from Level-1 to Level-5 for 10th-12th
pass youth. The application process is on and will end on December
14.
ER Rercuitment 2024: Eastern Railway has
released recruitment for Group C and D posts. Vacancies of Level-1, 2, 3, 4 and
5 have been notified under this recruitment drive. Eligible candidates can
submit their application online through the official website of RRC/ER rrcer.org.
and rrcrecruit.co.in.
The registration process is on. Interested
candidates can apply for these posts till December 14, 2024. This recruitment
will be done under sports quota.

Under this recruitment drive, 60 posts will be
filled in the organization.
Group 'C', Level-4/Level-5: 5 posts
Group 'C' Level-2/Level-3: 16 posts
Group 'D' Level-1 (7th CPC): 39 posts
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Level-4 or Level-5: Passed graduation or
equivalent examination in any subject from a government recognized
university/institution.
Level-2 or Level-3: Passed class 12th (10+2
stage) or its equivalent examination. Educational qualification should be from
a government recognized board/council/institutions etc. OR Must have passed
Matriculation from a recognized Board and completed Act Apprenticeship Course
OR Must have passed Class 10th from Government recognized Board/Council/Institutes
etc.
Level-1: Passed Class 10th or its equivalent
examination OR Passed ITI or its equivalent examination OR National
Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) awarded by NCVT.
Age Limit
Candidates applying online should be between 18
to 25 years of age. The date of calculation of age will be
01.01.2025.
Selection Process
The selection process includes assessment of
recognized sports achievement as per norms for 50 marks, sportsmanship,
physical fitness and coach's observation during trials for 40 marks and
educational qualification for 10 marks. The e-call letter for the recruitment
process will be available for online download on the RRC/ER website.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 500 for all candidates. The fee for SC, ST, Women, Minority and Economically Backward Class candidates is Rs 250. The fee should be paid online through internet banking or debit or credit card.
