Indore made a record of one lakh selfies on 700 toilets

The economic capital of Madhya Pradesh, Indore, has started preparations to become the cleanest city of the country for the eighth time in a row. Indore's eyes are on Water Plus and Seven Star Certificate behind this innovation happening on 19 November. If we get both these certificates, then our dream of becoming the leader of cleanliness in the country for the eighth time in a row will become easy to come true. No city becomes Indore just like that…. Cleanliness has become a sanskaar here. This is the reason why every citizen of the city takes a pledge every day to keep his identity indelible and moves forward to achieve it. Due to this specialty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said for Indore that this is a phase. This Indore, which has reached the seventh heaven of cleanliness, has started the ritual for the Ashta Siddhi of cleanliness. On 19 November, Indore residents are making a new record by reaching the selfie points made in more than 700 public toilets of the city and taking more than one lakh selfies. This will be an important step for Water Plus and Seven Star Survey. This exercise is being done so that our Indore can get "Water Plus" and "Seven Star" certificates. We will get the benefit of both these certificates in the Swachh Survey 2024 to be held after a few days. If Indore has both these certificates, then our dream of becoming the leader of cleanliness in the country for the eighth time will become easier to realize, because the cities that have these certificates get additional points in the survey. With these additional points, the competition will become easier for us. The Municipal Corporation has named this campaign to be run on World Toilet Day on November 19 as Toilet Superspot.

The Municipal Corporation of Indore also decorated toilets and convenience houses to inspire citizens to take selfies by visiting public toilets on World Toilet Day. Selfie points were made at all these toilets. The NGO team reached these toilets and will help in uploading the selfies on the portal.
