Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has given a new gift to the people of the state by inaugurating PM Shri Tourism Air Service. This is a historic step of the Madhya Pradesh government towards religious tourism, health and public welfare.
While inaugurating PM Shri Tourism Air Service, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that I am confident that PM Shri Tourism Air Service will benefit all sectors including industry, trade and health. This is a time of changing times. We have to move forward in the direction of air traffic. The government is providing 3 types of facilities simultaneously in air traffic. Our air ambulance has performed duty in all four phases of the election. Madhya Pradesh was the only state in the entire country which made such a system of air ambulance. Now it is dedicated to the society and the people of the state will get its benefit. We had already promised that as soon as the code of conduct ends, we will provide better connectivity to Singrauli and Rewa. We will develop 30 air strips in Madhya Pradesh which will further improve connectivity. Through this, we will promote religious tourist places.
Asia's first helicopter pilot training center has opened in Khajuraho. With the launch of PM Shri tourism air service, one can travel by air to Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Rewa, Ujjain, Gwalior, Singrauli and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh.
