The NDA government of Maharashtra has launched a new scheme named 'MukhyamantriLadkaBhau'. Under this, the youth will get stipend during internship in government establishments and private sector industries. The name of this scheme in Hindi is MukhyamantriLadla Bhai Yojana. Earlier, the state government has started 'LadkiBahinYojana' (for women) for women. Its official name is 'MukhyamantriYuvaKaryaPrashikshanYojana'. Rs5,500 crore has been allocated for this scheme. Those who have passed class 12th and are looking for a job will get Rs6,000, diploma holders will get Rs8,000 and graduate degree holders will get Rs10,000. They will get this amount from the government in the form of stipend or allowance during on-job training in government establishments and private sector industries.
