Sunita Williams Retires from NASA

Astronaut Sunita Williams has retired after 27 years of service at NASA. She flew into space three times and spent over 600 days in space. She previously served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy. During her missions, Sunita conducted multiple spacewalks and set several records.

Ravi Shankar Chhabbi Appointed DIG in CRPF

The Central Government has appointed IPS officer Ravi Shankar Chhabbi on central deputation as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in CRPF. He belongs to the 2007 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Before this appointment, he was serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre.

Responsible Nations Index 2026

In the Responsible Nations Index, 154 countries were ranked. India secured the 16th position in this ranking. The index measures countries' responsibility towards citizens, the environment, and the international community. A score above 0.55 is considered good, between 0.45 and 0.55 is moderate, and below 0.45 is low.
