• Officer Grade (Computer Programmer): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), B.Tech, M.Sc, MCA + 2 years programming experience
• Financial Analyst: Graduation/MBA/CA/ICWA + 2 years experience
• Branch Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA + 1 year experience
• Accountant: First class graduation/second class post graduation/MBA (no experience required)
• Computer Programmer & Society Manager: Graduation + Hindi & English typing + 1-year computer diploma or relevant degree
