MP Police Recruitment 2025–2028: 22,500 Vacancies to be Filled

In preparation for the upcoming Singhasth 2028 in Ujjain and to strengthen law and order, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced recruitment for 22,500 police positions over the next three years.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has declared that 7,500 police vacancies will be filled annually, starting from 2025. These recruitments aim to boost the strength of the police force across the state.

Currently, police recruitment is managed by the Employee Selection Board (Karamchari Chayan Mandal). However, to ensure faster, more transparent, and efficient recruitment, a new entity named Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment Board will be established.

For the year 2025, the existing board will continue to handle recruitment, but from 2026 onwards, all recruitments will be done exclusively by the new MP Police Recruitment Board.

Key Highlights:

  • Total 22,500 police vacancies to be filled by 2028
  • 7,500 police positions to be filled every year
  • New MP Police Recruitment Board to be formed
  • Transparent and efficient recruitment process planned
  • Preparations for Singhast 2028 already underway

This initiative reflects the state’s commitment to enhancing public safety and preparedness for large-scale events like Singhast.
