MPPSC State Engineering Services Exam 2024 - Final Answer Key Released

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the final answer key for the State Engineering Services Exam 2024. After reviewing the objections raised by candidates, a panel of subject experts revised the answers wherever necessary. The final answer key is now available on the official MPPSC portal.

According to officials, the result of the written examination will be declared soon. After that, selected candidates will be invited for interviews. The interview dates have not been announced yet.

Written Examination of 450 Marks

The exam was conducted on August 24, 2024, for 23 posts, with a total of 4500 candidates appearing. One candidate was caught cheating by wearing a smartwatch at the exam center.

The written exam consisted of two papers. The first paper was on General Studies, carrying 150 marks and included 50 questions based on the state and current affairs. The second paper was subject-specific, carrying 300 marks with 100 questions from Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering. Thus, the total marks for the written examination were 450.

Assistant Professor Physics Result Also Declared

There were 5–6 objections in the preliminary answer key, which have been resolved in the final version. MPPSC has announced that the result will be declared in the first ten days of September.

The result for the Assistant Professor (Physics) post has also been released. Out of the total, 87% of the candidates were placed in the main list and 13% in the provisional list. Out of 113 available posts, candidates were selected for 53 positions.

The written exam for Physics was held on August 4, 2024. The result was announced after three months on November 13, 2024. Over 300 candidates were called for interviews, which were conducted between August 28 and September 3, 2024.
