Nari Shakti Festival to be Celebrated in Madhya Pradesh till April 25

In a major step towards women empowerment, the state government has decided to celebrate the statewide "Nari Shakti Vandan" fortnight from April 10 to April 25, 2026.

The primary objective of this initiative is to spread awareness about the provisions of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act and to celebrate women's leadership.

The state government has issued instructions to organize this campaign as a public festival across the state.

The campaign will be inaugurated in the state capital Bhopal at Hansdhwani Auditorium, Ravindra Bhavan, where a state-level conference of intellectuals will be आयोजित.

Additionally, grand "Nari Shakti Vandan" conferences will be held at all divisional headquarters and district headquarters including Chhindwara, Khargone, and Mandsaur.

During these events, women Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, Mayors, Panchayat representatives, and successful women entrepreneurs will be honored and will share their experiences.
