Defending champion Novak Djokovic has become the player with the most Grand Slam matches played. Djokovic played his 430th career singles match at the 2025 Australian Open, where he defeated Portugal's Jaime Faria to advance to the third round.
The Serbian tennis star won the match in four sets with scores of 6-1, 6-7, 6-3, and 6-2 at the Rod Laver Arena.
