November 4 - Chinese astronauts returned safely after six months

Three Chinese astronauts have returned safely to Earth early Monday after spending six months on the Chinese space station Tiangong. The spacecraft Shenzhou-18, carrying Ye Guangfu, Li Kang and Li Guangsu, landed at the Dongfeng landing site in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region at 1:24 am local time. Astronaut Li Guangsu said that he grew cherry tomatoes and lettuce on the space station. He said that being able to eat fresh vegetables in space is really like a blessing. These plants also gave a feeling of greenery there and kept the enthusiasm alive during the busy work. At the same time, Shenzhou-18 mission commander Guangfu has become the first Chinese astronaut with a space flight time of more than a year. He has set a record for the longest stay in orbit as a Chinese astronaut.
