Punjab Industrialists to Invest ₹15,606 Crore in Madhya Pradesh, 20,000 Jobs Expected
On July 7 in Ludhiana, industrialists from Punjab presented investment proposals worth ₹15,606 crore to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. If these investments are realized, they are expected to generate employment for over 20,000 people in the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav held one-on-one meetings with 15 major industrialists and interacted directly with over 400 industrial delegates during the event.
He addressed the gathering saying, “You have made Ludhiana the Manchester of India. Now make Madhya Pradesh your second home. The government will make your journey easy.”
He also highlighted that the MP government provides an additional ₹5,000 in salary support for workers in the textile industry, making it an attractive destination for manufacturing and employment opportunities.
