Eastern Railway has released recruitment for
more than 3000 apprentice posts. Under this recruitment, recruitment will be
done in various trades including fitter, welder, carpenter, painter, turner,
electrician, wireman, machinist. Candidates can apply by visiting the official

Educational Qualification:
Must have passed 10th with at least 50% marks.

Selection Process: On merit basis
Age Limit:
Minimum: 15 years
Maximum: 24 years
In the maximum age limit, OBC will be given 3 years
relaxation, SC/ST will be given 5 years and Divyang candidates will be given 10
years relaxation.
Fee:
Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 100.
