for more than 700 trainee posts including Diploma Trainee and Junior Officer
Trainee posts. The registration process is going on. Candidates can apply in
the manner mentioned below.
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has invited
applications for trainee posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply
online through the official website (powergrid.in). Under this recruitment
drive, 795 posts of Diploma Trainee, Junior Officer Trainee and Assistant
Trainee will be filled in the organization.
Date of written examination in January/February 2025 The exact
date will be notified separately on the website. Candidates who want to apply
for the above-mentioned posts can apply by checking the educational
qualification and age limit from the official notification.

Diploma Trainee Engineer (DTE), The application fee for the posts
of Diploma Trainee Controller (DTC), Junior Officer Trainee in Human Resources
(JOT HR), and Junior Officer Trainee in Finance and Accounts (JOT F and A) is
Rs 300, while the application fee for Assistant Trainee in Finance and Accounts
is Rs 200.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe
(ST), Person with Benchmark Disability (PWBD), and Ex-Servicemen (Ex-SM)
categories are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates can visit
the official website of PGCIL for more related details.
How will the selection be done?
The selection process will consist of a written
test/computer-based test (CBT), computer skill test (CST) (wherever applicable)
and a pre-employment medical examination of the eligible candidates. Offer of
appointment will be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based
on the requirement.

Move your cursor to the 'Careers' section, a drop-down menu will
open, and select 'Openings' from the list.
A new page will open, click on the relevant link.
Enter the required credentials to register for the post.
Now enter all the required information asked.
