Engineer posts in Railways
Indian Railways has announced recruitment
for bumper posts of Junior Engineer. The application process for this
recruitment will start from 30th July and will continue till 29th August.
Candidates who have obtained degree or diploma in engineering will be able to
fill the form through online medium within the stipulated dates. A total of
7951 posts will be appointed through this recruitment.

Metallurgical Supervisor/Researcher: 12

Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): 398

What is the qualification
To apply in this recruitment, the
candidate must have obtained a degree/diploma in engineering from a recognized
institute as per the post. Detailed details of eligibility and criteria will be
made available on July 30 with the start of application.
Application fee
Candidates of all other categories will
have to pay Rs 500 along with the application in this recruitment. Apart from
this, SC, ST, Ex Serviceman, Women, Transgender and EBC category will have to
deposit Rs 250. Application fee can be deposited through online mode.
Selection process
Candidates applying in this recruitment
will have to appear in the first two phases of computer based examination
(screening test). Only those candidates who will be successful in the first
phase examination will be able to participate in CBT 2. Candidates who get the
prescribed cutoff marks in the second phase examination will have to
participate in document verification and medical examination at the end.
Candidates successful in all the stages will be given a place in the final
list.
