RRB Technician Recruitment - 6180 Vacancies

Indian Railways has announced a recruitment notification for 6180 posts of Technician Grade I and Technician Grade III. The application process will begin on June 28. Interested candidates can apply through the official website rrbapply.gov.in. A short notification has already been published in the Employment News dated June 16.

Vacancy Details:

• Technician Grade I (Signal): 1100 posts
• Technician Grade III (Signal): 7900 posts
• Total Posts: 6180

Educational Qualification:

Technician Grade I (Signal):

• B.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or Instrumentation
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering in relevant fields is also accepted

Technician Grade III:

• 10th Pass
• ITI in relevant trade or completed Apprenticeship

Age Limit:

Technician Grade I: 18 to 33 years

Technician Grade III: 18 to 30 years

Application Fee:

• SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwD, Women, Transgender, Minority, EWS: ₹250
• All other candidates: ₹500

Salary:

₹19,900 to ₹29,200 per month (as per post and grade)

Selection Process:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Document Verification
• Medical Fitness Test
