Expert Tips for Preparation
Career counselor Abhishek Khare suggests that no written exam is required for this recruitment. Selection is based on merit (average of 10th and ITI marks).
- Focus on marks and documentation rather than exam preparation
- Higher marks increase chances of selection
- Merit Formula: (10th % + ITI %) ÷ 2
- Keep documents ready (10th marksheet, ITI certificate, Aadhaar, caste certificate, photo)
- Fill application form carefully (name, DOB, marks must match documents)
- Choose trade wisely (more seats = better chances)
- Maintain good health for medical fitness
- Apply before last date to avoid server issues
- Use active mobile number and email ID
- Upload clear photo and signature
- Carry original documents for verification
- Do not trust agents; selection is purely merit-based
