Swami Vivekananda Youth Power Mission to be Launched by Madhya Pradesh Government

   

The Madhya Pradesh government is set to launch the Swami Vivekananda Youth Power Mission on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti, which falls on 12th January. This mission aims to empower the youth of the state and will focus on the development of individuals aged 15 to 29 years, ensuring they benefit from government schemes and initiatives.

   

Key Features of the Mission

   

The mission will focus on building the capabilities of the youth in three key areas:

   

       

Education: Ensuring access to quality education for the youth.

       

Skill Development: Providing the youth with relevant skills to help them compete in the changing job market.

       

Community Service: Encouraging a spirit of service among the youth to contribute to societal development.

   

   

Focus on Skill Development

   

The mission will place a special emphasis on skill development, helping the youth prepare for the emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and sports sectors. This initiative will aim to bridge the gap between educational qualifications and the requirements of the job market, preparing the youth for future employment opportunities.

   

Launch Details

   

The mission will be officially launched by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at the Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal. The government believes that the Youth Power Mission will lay a strong foundation for the empowerment of the youth, providing them with the necessary skills and opportunities to excel in the modern workforce.

   

Online Platform for Easy Access

   

To ensure easy access to skill development courses and programs, the government has launched an online platform. This will make skill training easily available to both rural and urban youth, ensuring that the benefits of the mission are equally accessible across all regions of the state.
