आदित्य एल1 में लगे पेलोड सूट (SUIT) ने सूर्य की बेहद खूबसूरत तस्वीर को कैद करने में सफलता हासिल की है। आदित्य-एल1 में लगे सूट पेलोड ने अल्ट्रावायलेट वेवलेंथ्स के पास सूर्य की फुल डिस्क तस्वीर लेने में सफलता हासिल की है।

इसरो ने 8 दिसंबर को कहा कि 20 नवंबर, 2023 को एसयूआइटी पेलोड को सक्रिय किया गया था। इस टेलीस्कोप ने छह दिसंबर, 2023 को ये तस्वीरें खींचीं। 11 अलग-अलग फिल्टर का उपयोग करके खींचीं गईं इन अभूतपूर्व तस्वीरों में 200 से 400 एनएम तक की तरंग दै‌र्ध्य में सूर्य की पहली पूर्ण-डिस्क तस्वीरों को देखा जा सकता है। इस उपलब्धि से विज्ञानियों को वैज्ञानिकों को सूर्य के फोटोस्फेयर और क्रोमोस्फेयर के बारे में अध्ययन करने में मदद मिलेगी।
