सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले के खिलाफ दायर पुनर्विचार याचिकाएं 3 नवंबर को खारिज कर दी। उक्त फैसले में कहा गया कि आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर एलोपैथी डॉक्टरों के समान वेतन के हकदार नहीं हैं। जस्टिस अभय एस ओका और जस्टिस पंकज मित्तल की खंडपीठ ने कहा, "हमने 26 अप्रैल 2023 के फैसले और आदेश का अध्ययन किया है, जिस पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग की गई। रिकॉर्ड पर कोई स्पष्ट त्रुटि नहीं है। अन्यथा, पुनर्विचार के लिए कोई आधार नहीं है। इसके साथ ही पुनर्विचार याचिकाएं खारिज की जाती हैं।

On November 3, the Supreme Court dismissed the review petitions against its earlier decision regarding the parity of salaries between Ayurvedic doctors and allopathic doctors. In the previous judgment, it was stated that Ayurvedic doctors are not entitled to the same salary as allopathic doctors.Justice Abhay S. Oka and Justice Pankaj Mittal of the bench reviewed the April 26, 2023, judgment and orders, which had been the subject of the review petition. After careful consideration and finding no clear error in the record, the Supreme Court concluded that there was no basis for a review. Consequently, the review petitions were dismissed.
