There are three types of paramedical courses
Under paramedical courses, all three types of courses are available: certificate, diploma and degree. The duration of certificate courses is from six months to one year, diploma courses are from two to three years and degree courses are from three to four years. Post-graduation courses are also available in many areas of paramedical. Although various types of online courses are available in the paramedical sector, this is such a skill that doing it online or through distance education makes the opportunities very limited.
Eligibility and Entrance Examination for Paramedical Course
Students securing 50% marks in class 12th with Science (PCB) can take admission in paramedical courses. For admission in postgraduate (PG) courses, a bachelor's degree in the relevant paramedical subject is required. There are some certificate courses which can be done even after class 10th.
