CRPF Recruitment 2026
The recruitment process for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has started for this year. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website from 20 April to 19 May.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed at least 10th standard.
- For the Constable (Driver) post, candidates must possess a valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License along with 10th pass qualification.
- For Technical Trades, candidates should have an ITI certificate/diploma in the relevant trade.
Age Limit
- For Constable (Driver): Age should be between 21 to 27 years.
- For all other posts: Age should be between 18 to 23 years.
- Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Trade Skill Test
- Medical Examination
Candidates must qualify in all stages to be selected.
Exam Pattern
- Total Questions: 100
- Exam Duration: 2 Hours
- Question Level: Around 10th standard
Subjects Included
- General Knowledge & Reasoning
- General Awareness
- General Intelligence
- Elementary Mathematics
- Hindi / English
Each subject will contain approximately 25 questions.
Preparation Tips
- Study NCERT books from Class 6th to 10th for strong basics.
- Practice Mathematics topics such as Percentage, Profit & Loss, Average, Ratio, and Simple Interest.
- Prepare Hindi and English grammar topics including Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Correction, Comprehension, and Error Detection.
- Read newspapers daily for current affairs.
- Attempt at least two mock tests every week.
