उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री देवड़ा ने प्रस्तुत किया वर्ष 2024-25 का लेखानुदान
उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री जगदीश देवड़ा ने आज वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 का लेखानुदान विधानसभा में प्रस्तुत किया। लेखानुदान 4 माह (एक अप्रैल से 31 जुलाई, 2024) के लिये है। वित्तीय वर्ष हेतु बजट में सम्मिलित राशि 3,48,986.57 करोड़ है। लेखानुदान के लिये राशि रुपये 1,45,229.55 करोड़ है। लेखानुदान राशि में मतदेय राशि रुपये 1,19,453.05 करोड़ तथा भारित राशि रुपये 25,776.51 करोड़ है।
वर्ष 2024-25 के बजट अनुमान में कुल राजस्व प्राप्तियाँ राशि रुपये 2,52,268.03 करोड़ है। इसमें राज्य कर से राजस्व प्राप्तियाँ रुपये 96,553.30 करोड़ है। गैर कर राजस्व प्राप्तियाँ रुपये 18,077.33 करोड़ है। बजट अनुमान में राजस्व व्यय रुपये 2,51,825.13 करोड़ है। वर्ष 2023-24 में पुनरीक्षित अनुमान में राजस्व व्यय रुपये 2,31,112.34 करोड़ है। वर्ष 2024-25 में बजट अनुमान में राजस्व आधिक्य रुपये 442.90 करोड़ है। कुल पूँजीगत प्राप्तियाँ का बजट अनुमान रुपये 59,718.64 करोड़ है एवं वर्ष 2024-25 में कुल पूँजीगत परिव्यय का बजट अनुमान 59,342.48 करोड़ है।

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Deora presented the Vote on Account for the financial year 2024-25 in the Assembly today. Under Article 206 (1) of the Constitution, new services or new items/heads of expenditure are not included in the items of continuing expenditure. The purpose of the Vote on Account is to continue the implementation of the Government until the final supply is approved. New proposals related to taxation and new items of expenditure are not included. There is a provision for new schemes included in the second supplementary estimate. Before the expiry of the vote on account period, the revised demands for grants will be presented before the House. The amount received through Vote on Account will be included in the main budget. The Vote on Account is for 4 months (April 1 to July 31, 2024). The amount included in the budget for the financial year is Rs 3,48,986.57 crore. The amount for vote on account is Rs 1,45,229.55 crore. In the vote on account amount, the voted amount is Rs 1,19,453.05 crore and the weighted amount is Rs 25,776.51 crore. Annual Financial Statement of Budget Estimates 2024-25 The total revenue receipts in the budget estimate for the year 2024-25 amount to Rs 2,52,268.03 crore. In this, revenue receipts from state tax are Rs 96,553.30 crore. Non-tax revenue receipts are Rs 18,077.33 crore. The revenue expenditure in the budget estimate is Rs 2,51,825.13 crore. The revenue expenditure in the revised estimate for the year 2023-24 is Rs 2,31,112.34 crore. The revenue surplus in the budget estimate for the year 2024-25 is Rs 442.90 crore. The budget estimate of total capital receipts is Rs 59,718.64 crore and the budget estimate of total capital outlay in the year 2024-25 is Rs 59,342.48 crore.
