हरियाणा सरकार का प्राइवेट सेक्टर में नौकरी में राज्य के लोगों को 75 फीसदी आरक्षण (Reservation In Private Sector Jobs) देने के कानून को पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने 17 नवंबर को रद्द कर दिया है। हरियाणा सरकार के इस फैसले पर फरीदाबाद और गुरुग्राम के उद्योगपतियों ने चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि इससे उत्पादकता काम की गुणवत्ता और रोजगार पर असर पड़ेगा।

हरियाणा की भाजपा सरकार में साझीदार जननायक जनता पार्टी के दबाव में यह कानून बनाया गया था। जननायक जनता पार्टी के चुनाव घोषणा पत्र में यह वादा किया गया था, जिसके बाद भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन की सरकार ने यह कानून बनाया। राजस्थान में भी जननायक जनता पार्टी हरियाणा की तर्ज पर वहां के प्राइवेट सेक्टर की नौकरियों में 75 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने का वादा कर रही है। जेजेपी राजस्थान की 25 विधानसभा सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ रही है।

क्या है ये रद्द कानून? यह केवल हरियाणा राज्य में स्थित कई निजी कंपनियों, सोसायटी, ट्रस्ट, सीमित देयता भागीदारी फर्म, साझेदारी फर्म आदि में 10 या अधिक व्यक्तियों को रोजगार देने वाले 30,000 रुपये प्रति माह से कम वेतन वाली नौकरियों पर लागू है। हालांकि, 3 फरवरी, 2022 को हाई कोर्ट ने राज्य में कानून के लागू करने पर पर रोक लगा दी।

This law was made under pressure from Jannayak Janata Party, a partner in Haryana's BJP government. This promise was made in the election manifesto of Jannayak Janata Party, after which the BJP-JJP coalition government made this law. In Rajasthan too, Jannayak Janata Party is promising to provide 75 percent reservation in private sector jobs on the lines of Haryana. JJP is contesting elections on 25 assembly seats of Rajasthan. What is this repealed law? It is applicable only to jobs with salary less than Rs 30,000 per month in multiple private companies, societies, trusts, limited liability partnership firms, partnership firms etc. located in the state of Haryana employing 10 or more persons. However, on February 3, 2022, the High Court stayed the implementation of the law in the state.
