भाजपा विधायक दल का नेता चुनने के लिए 11 दिसंबर को भोपाल में बैठक हुई। सभी कयासों और संभावनाओं को झुठलाते हुए भाजपा ने मध्य प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए ऐसे नाम की घोषणा की, जिसने सभी को चौंका दिया। विधायक दल की बैठक में अपना नाम सुनकर उज्जैन (दक्षिण) से भाजपा विधायक डा. मोहन यादव खुद ही चौंक गए।

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के स्वयंसेवक रहे यादव प्रदेश के 19वें मुख्यमंत्री बने हैं। इसके साथ ही 18 वर्ष बाद भाजपा में नई पीढ़ी सरकार की कमान संभालेगी।

Defying all speculations and possibilities, BJP announced a name for the post of Chief Minister in Madhya Pradesh, which surprised everyone. BJP MLA from Ujjain (South) Dr. Mohan Yadav himself was shocked after hearing his name in the legislature party meeting. Yadav, a volunteer of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, has become the 19th Chief Minister of the state. With this, after 18 years, the new generation in BJP will take charge of the government.
