मध्यप्रदेश भवन एवं अन्य सनिर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण मंडल द्वारा निर्माण श्रमिकों के बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने के उद्देश्य से 4 शहरों भोपाल, इंदौर, ग्वालियर और जबलपुर में श्रमोदय आवासीय विद्यालय संचालित किये जा रहे हैं। इन विद्यालयों का संचालन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा वर्ष 2022 से किया जा रहा है।
इन विद्यालयों में कक्षा 6वीं से 12वीं तक अध्ययन के पात्र श्रमिकों के बच्चों को प्रवेश परीक्षा के माध्यम से प्रवेश दिये जाने की व्यवस्था है। प्रवेश लेने वाले बच्चों के लिये शिक्षा, आवास, पठन-पाठन सामग्री, गणवेश आदि का भार राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जा रहा है। इन विद्यालयों में 4 हजार 480 विद्यार्थियों को प्रवेश देने की क्षमता है। यह सभी विद्यालय सीबीएससी बोर्ड नई दिल्ली से मान्यता प्राप्त हैं।
Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board is running Shramodaya Residential Schools in 4 cities Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur with the aim of providing quality education to the children of construction workers. These schools are being run by the School Education Department from the year 2022.
There is a system of giving admission to the children of workers eligible to study in these schools from class 6th to 12th through entrance examination. The burden of education, accommodation, study material, uniform etc. for the children taking admission is being borne by the state government. These schools have the capacity to admit 4 thousand 480 students. All these schools are affiliated with CBSE Board New Delhi.
