प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अगले पांच साल के लिए श्री सोमनाथ ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष बने रहेंगे। यह निर्णय 31 अक्टूबर 2023 को गांधीनगर के राजभवन में ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष और प्रधान मंत्री मोदी की अध्यक्षता में एक बैठक के दौरान लिया गया था। आधुनिकीकरण और पारदर्शिता की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाते हुए प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने बैठक के दौरान एक डिजिटल डैशबोर्ड का उद्घाटन किया। यह डैशबोर्ड वास्तविक समय के आंकड़ों की निगरानी करने के लिए डिजाइन किया गया है, जिसमें सोमनाथ मंदिर में तीर्थयात्रियों की आमद, ऑनलाइन आरक्षण, पूजा समारोह और प्रसाद के प्रसार के बारे में विवरण और अन्य डेटा शामिल हैं। यह डैशबोर्ड ट्रस्टियों को मंदिर की गतिविधियों के बारे में दैनिक अपडेट और अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान करता है। बैठक के दौरान आगे की प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की गई, जहां वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के खातों को मंजूरी दी गई। इसके अतिरिक्त, आंतरिक/वैधानिक लेखा परीक्षक और जीएसटी सलाहकार की सेवाओं को अगले वर्ष के लिए बरकरार रखा गया है।

This decision was taken during a meeting held at the Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar on October 31, 2023.In a move towards modernization and transparency, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated a digital dashboard during the meeting. This dashboard is designed to monitor real-time data, including details about the arrival of pilgrims at the Somnath Temple, online reservations, religious ceremonies, and the distribution of prasad.The dashboard provides trustees with daily updates and insights into the activities of the temple. Additionally, administrative actions for the upcoming financial year 2022-23 were discussed and approved during the meeting.Furthermore, the services of an internal/constitutional auditor and GST consultant have been retained for the next year.
