रिदम सांगवान ने 11 जनवरी को एशिया ओलंपिक क्वालीफायर में 25 मीटर स्पोर्ट्स पिस्टल में कांस्य पदक जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया है।

यह पदक जीतने के साथ ही उन्होंने 2024 पेरिस ओलंपिक का कोटा हासिल कर लिया है। वह ऐसा करने वाली 16वें भारतीय निशानेबाज बन गईं। उनके पदक जीतते ही यह तय हो गया कि भारत का अब तक का सबसे बड़ा शूटिंग दल इस साल जुलाई-अगस्त में ओलंपिक में भाग लेगा।
