सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच-सदस्यीय संविधान पीठ ने 11 दिसंबर को ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 को रद करने वाले केंद्र सरकार के फैसले को बरकरार रखा है। कोर्ट के फैसले पर पीएम मोदी जेपी नड्डा और गुलाम नबी आजाद समेत कई नेताओं ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है। पीएम मोदी ने आज के फैसले को ऐतिहासिक बताया है।

पीएम मोदी ने एक्स पर लिखा- 'आर्टिकल 370 को निरस्त करने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला ऐतिहासिक है। जो 5 अगस्त, 2019 को भारत की संसद द्वारा लिए गए फैसले का संवैधानिक रूप से बरकरार रखता है। यह जम्मू, कश्मीर और लद्दाख में हमारी बहनों और भाइयों के लिए आशा, प्रगति और एकता की एक शानदार घोषणा है। कोर्ट ने अपने गहन ज्ञान से एकता के मूल सार को मजबूत किया है, जिसे हम भारतीय होने के नाते बाकी सब से ऊपर मानते हैं।'

The five-member Constitution bench of the Supreme Court has given the historic verdict on December 11. The court has upheld the Central Government's decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Constitution. Many leaders including PM Modi, JP Nadda and Ghulam Nabi Azad have reacted to the court's decision. PM Modi has described today's decision as historic. PM Modi wrote on X- 'Supreme Court's decision on abrogation of Article 370 is historic. Which constitutionally upholds the decision taken by the Parliament of India on August 5, 2019. This is a resounding declaration of hope, progress and unity for our sisters and brothers in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. The Court, with its profound knowledge, has strengthened the core essence of unity, which we as Indians value above all else.
