अपने प्रारंभिक वक्तव्य में पीएम मोदी ने आर्टिफिशिएल इंटेलीलेंज के नाकारात्मक उपयोग को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इसके रोकथाम के लिए वैश्विक नियमन बनाने का प्रस्ताव भी दिया है।
