17 जनवरी को विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के रथ को विश्वास रथ बताते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने एक बार फिर दोहराया कि कोई भी वंचित नहीं रहेगा। कोई भी योजनाओं के लाभ से नहीं छूटेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस यात्रा का सबसे प्रमुख ध्येय ऐसे लोगों तक पहुंचना था, जो किसी न किसी वजह से अब तक सरकार की योजनाओं से वंचित रहे। मोदी ऐसे लोगों को पूजता, ऐसे लोगों को पूछता है, जिनको किसी ने नहीं पूछा। उन्होंने दावा किया कि कोई अध्ययन करे तो पाएगा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा जैसा अभियान लास्ट माइल डिलीवरी का सबसे बेहतरीन माध्यम है।

विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के लाभार्थियों से दसवीं बार वर्चुअल संवाद में 17 जनवरी को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि जब 15 नवंबर को भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के आशीर्वाद से यह यात्रा शुरू की थी तो इसकी इतनी सफलता की कल्पना नहीं की थी। सिर्फ दो महीने में यह यात्रा एक जन आंदोलन में बदल गई है। जहां भी मोदी की गारंटी वाली गाड़ी पहुंच रही है, लोग बहुत अपनेपन के साथ स्वागत कर रहे हैं। इससे अब तक 15 करोड़ लोग जुड़ चुके हैं। देश की लगभग 70-80 प्रतिशत पंचायतों तक ये यात्रा पहुंच चुकी है। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार के पिछले 9 वर्षों में करीब-करीब 25 करोड़ लोग गरीबी से बाहर निकले हैं। भारत में गरीबी कभी कम हो सकती है, ये कोई सोच भी नहीं सकता था। भारत के गरीबों ने ये करके दिखाया है कि अगर गरीबों को साधन मिले, संसाधन मिले तो वह गरीबी को परास्त कर सकते हैं।

In just two months this yatra has turned into a mass movement. Wherever Modi's guaranteed vehicle is reaching, people are welcoming it with great affection. Till now 15 crore people have joined it. This yatra has reached about 70-80 percent of the panchayats of the country. The Prime Minister said that in the last 9 years of our government, about 25 crore people have come out of poverty. No one could have imagined that poverty could ever reduce in India. The poor of India have shown that if the poor get the means and resources, they can defeat poverty.
