PM ने कहा, ”यह भारत के इतिहास का वह दौर है जब देश लंबी छलांग लगाने जा रहा है. हमारे आसपास ऐसे कई देशों के उदाहरण हैं, जिन्होंने एक निश्चित समय में इतनी लंबी छलांग लगाकर अपना विकास किया है। .

इसीलिए मैं कहता हूं कि यह भारत के लिए सही समय है.’ हमें इस अमर समय के हर पल का लाभ उठाना है. हमें एक भी क्षण नहीं गंवाना चाहिए.”। पीएम ने आगे कहा, “मैं उन सभी राज्यपालों को विशेष रूप से बधाई देना चाहता हूं जिन्होंने विकसित भारत के निर्माण से संबंधित इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया है. आप उन लोगों को एक मंच पर लाए हैं जिन पर देश की युवा शक्ति को दिशा देने की जिम्मेदारी है. शिक्षण संस्थानों की भूमिका व्यक्तियों का विकास करना है और व्यक्तिगत विकास से ही राष्ट्र का निर्माण हो सकता है. आज के युग में भारत में व्यक्तित्व विकास का अभियान बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है.। ” हमारे सामने 25 साल का अमृतकाल है. हमे चौबीसों घंटे इसी अमृतकाल और विकसित भारत के लक्ष्यों के लिए काम करना है.। Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 'Developed India @ 2047 Voice of Youth Workshop' virtually on 11 December.
