Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Young Research Fellowship 2025–26

The Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Young Research Fellowship 2025–26 is aimed at providing support to undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD students involved in environmental research, as well as young Indian researchers who have made significant contributions to environmental conservation.

Eligibility Criteria

All Indian applicants aged between 18 and 25 years as of 31 December 2025 are eligible to apply.

• Applicants must be currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MSc / ME / MA) in any discipline, or
• Must have completed or be pursuing a PhD degree in a relevant field

Fellowship Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a fellowship grant of up to ₹25,000 along with a certificate.
